Movement Masses

Movement Mass will continue as it has for a decade with one addition. On Teaching Sundays (TS), Melissa will offer new ways to work together in prayer and community through dance, strengthening our collective flow. All are Welcome.

Time: 10:45am (warm up), Mass ~ 11 a.m. - 12 noon

Location: Boulder Circus Center - 4747 N. 26th St. Boulder, CO (Off of 28th St., just north of Jay Rd.)

Children and Movement Mass ~

Movement Mass is a sacred time for our community to come together to attend to our inner work. As your children are welcome to come and share in the energy, we ask that you help hold the dynamic field if you choose to bring them.

Our dancing journey brings us into deep stillness and ecstatic full body expression. If you bring your children to Mass, please care for them so that they do not distract the dancers with their sweet sounds or how they move through the room. If needed, you are always welcome to take them out to the lobby.

Please also note that sometimes the energy is simply too intense for young open beings.
